Pailton Engineering manufacture draglinks and track rods which are engineered to exact customer requirements. Using customer supplied vehicle loading data and specifications, our Engineering department can calculate using latest Finite Element Analysis, the optimum tube-size and ball joint socket-ends for the application, allowing valuable customer design time to be reduced to a minimum.
Drag Link Assemblies can be supplied with length adjustment both ends, adjustment one end, or fixed both ends. The Drag Link tubes can be supplied straight or shaped to avoid obstructions within the vehicle. For extreme applications, we also have the capability to use solid bar for the drag link, and bend this to your required shape.
External threads are also available for use with drop sockets ball joints or gearshift linkages, thus allowing you to determine any type of configuration that you may possibly need during the vehicle design.
